can i substitute one percent milk for reduced fat milk in a waffle recipe in a classic waffle maker?

Are you kidding? Of course. I just made a pan of beautiful biscuits from powdered coffee creamer, ’cause the milk was about out. I had an injury a couple months ago and am still unable to drive. Necessity is always the mother of invention!…..I have done this several times in the past, and they are delicious.
